Once the proposal is ready to go, we’ll meet to discuss a realistic timeline, budget, and go over design fees.
Pricing:
Our Flat-Rate, Full-Service Commercial Interior Design Package starts at $10,000 for a 1,000 sq. ft space with an approved $40,000 budget.
Whats included:
Client consultations and weekly status updates (as-needed).
A estimated number of hours include design time, product procurement, client collaboration meetings and site visits.
Space Planning & Design Board
Access to your own client portal that will include selection of curated finishes, textiles, furniture, & accessories for approval.
Collaboration meetings with client-hired trades, architects, and contractors to answer design-related questions.
Ordering, purchasing & delivery of approved items, often at discounted rates!
