Phase 5 — Procurement & Project Management

Phase 6 — Collaboration with Licensed Contractors

If your project involves renovation or construction, we collaborate with your chosen licensed contractor to ensure the design intent is clearly communicated. Our role is advisory — we provide drawings, specifications, and design guidance. The contractor is responsible for all construction decisions, measurements, feasibility assessments, and installations.

Phase 7 — Installation & Styling

This is the moment your space transforms. We coordinate deliveries, place furniture, hang art, install window treatments, and style every detail. The final touches bring the design to life and create a polished, cohesive environment.

Phase 8 — Project Wrap‑Up & Ongoing Support

We conclude with a final walkthrough to ensure everything meets your expectations. You’ll receive care instructions, warranty information, and guidance for maintaining your new space. We remain available for future updates, seasonal refreshes, or additional projects.
